By engaging our services, subscribing to our analysis, or using our platform, the client fully acknowledges and accepts these terms.

2. Service Provisions and Engagement

  1. Engagement of our financial advisory services requires prior subscription or appointment scheduling and confirmation.
  2. Certain premium or specialty services may require a preliminary financial assessment or consultation.
  3. Service recommendations and detailed cost estimates are provided following assessment and are strictly confidential.
  4. The final decision on service selection remains with the client, who assumes responsibility for their choices within our recommendations.

3. Service Appointments and Cancellation

  1. Service duration depends on the package chosen and complexity of the financial situation as specified during booking.
  2. Cancellation of standard consultation services is possible without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  3. For comprehensive and elite planning packages, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  4. Non-attendance at scheduled appointments without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service value.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Service fees are payable upon completion of services unless otherwise specified for specialty packages.
  2. For ongoing advisory services, payment is required at the beginning of each subscription period.
  3. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  4. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels with detailed receipts provided for all transactions.

5. Return Policy

  1. Artistic Maple recognizes that financial advisory services are based on professional expertise and customized recommendations. Due to the intellectual nature of our services, we offer a satisfaction guarantee rather than a traditional return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our analysis or advisory services, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns. Our team will work diligently to address any issues and may offer additional consultations or clarification at no extra cost to ensure your complete satisfaction.
  2. For subscription-based services, clients may cancel their subscription at any time, with refunds processed on a pro-rated basis for unused portions of the current billing period, minus a small administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for subscription periods that have been fully utilized.
  3. Any requests for service rectification or refunds must be submitted in writing to service@artisticmaple.com with a detailed explanation of your concerns.
  4. This satisfaction guarantee applies only to the quality of our financial analysis and recommendations, and not to market outcomes or investment results, as financial markets are inherently unpredictable and all investments carry inherent risk.

6. Client Conduct and Responsibilities

  1. Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding their financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
  2. Timely response to information requests is essential to maintain our service quality and avoid additional charges.
  3. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations at their own discretion, as Artistic Maple provides advisory services but does not directly manage assets unless specifically contracted to do so.
  4. Artistic Maple reserves the right to refuse service in cases where client conduct is inappropriate or their financial requests present unusual risks or ethical concerns.

7. Service Outcomes and Assurances

  1. While we exercise the highest standards of professional analysis, market conditions and individual circumstances may affect the outcomes of our recommendations.
  2. Our service guarantees specific analytical processes and techniques, but results may vary based on market conditions, economic changes, and implementation decisions.
  3. Financial assessments are conducted with professional diligence, and any concerning conditions will be documented and communicated to the client.
  4. We strive to provide exceptional insights in all services, but cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes or returns on investments recommended.

8. Liability and Warranty
